Greetings and thank you for visiting, I'm Eugene. 

It's been about eight years (2013) since I've logged on here and uploaded or managed my travels railfanning. Bare with me while I update, upload and see about getting things back on track

I'm a local Monett, Mo native, Texan born. My passion for trains stemmed from my grandfather's Dr. Pepper bottling franchise where I spent a great amount of time in my youth. Being that the tracks were just across the street, you can finish that train of thought. Now, if you know Monett, we're the end-of-line route for ALCO powerhouse (now +EMD) Arkansas & Missouri railroad, that distinct five-chime whistle on a billowing smokey diesel set me up for the future.

Already a rail modeler, I began photography in 2010 when a friend exposed me to the prospect and what you'll see in the majority of these albums are taken from a Canon EOS T2i / 18-135 EF-S. I've made a lot of travels between now and then, and my albums will vary in the content of lines, as well the quality of photography coming from still a learner.
